FillSell for eBay: the eBay crosslisting tool you run from your phone

FillSell is an eBay crosslisting tool you run from your phone. Link your eBay France account once, on eBay's own page and without ever handing over your password, and your listings go out through eBay's official API, even with your computer off. Sold on eBay? The sale is recorded on its own, and the proven copies come down from your other marketplaces.

Free to start, no credit card

Step 1 of 3 of publishing in FillSell, "Où publier ?" (where to publish): the grey Picture T-shirt card (very good condition, €14) and five ticked marketplaces — Vinted, Leboncoin, Beebs and Depop "Connectée" (connected), eBay "Part de nos serveurs, sans l'extension" (sent from FillSell's servers through the linked account) — then the photo choice and the "Continuer · 5 plateformes" button. Nothing goes out yet.

The gist in 10 seconds

  • Linked eBay account: your listings go out through eBay's official API, from FillSell's servers, even when your computer is off.
  • You link your account on eBay's official page: FillSell receives an authorisation, never your password.
  • An eBay sale is recorded on its own, then the item's proven copies are removed from your other marketplaces. Any doubt, FillSell asks you “Already sold?”.
  • One photo: Lens writes the eBay version of your listing (eBay category, size, colour) in the same scan as your other marketplaces. You check it before it goes out.
  • Today FillSell lists on eBay France (ebay.fr), for an eBay account registered in France with its payment, returns and postage policies set up.

What FillSell does on eBay

  • Single and bulk publishing

Your listing fitted to the site’s fields: category, size, colour, parcel.

  • Sync

One tap on “Sync” files your live listings into your stock.

  • Sale recorded on its own

When the site marks the item as sold, FillSell records the sale.

  • Copies removed

Sold here, removed there: the item’s other listings come down. When in doubt, “Already sold?”.

  • Official API

Account linked through the official page: FillSell publishes even with your computer off. Otherwise, the extension takes over.

  • Today

    FillSell works today with ebay.fr.

How it goes

  1. Step 1

    Create your FillSell account

On iPhone, on Android, or at fillsell.app on your computer: signing up is free, no credit card needed.

  2. Step 2

    Link your eBay account

You give your consent on eBay's official page. FillSell receives an authorisation and never sees your password.

  3. Step 3

Set your selling policies on eBay

Payment, returns, postage: eBay requires them on every listing. You choose them once in your eBay account (eBay calls them business policies); until they're set, your eBay listing waits.

  4. Step 4

    Snap, tick eBay, check

Lens writes the listing, you tick eBay and your other marketplaces, you check every version on screen, and your eBay listing is on its way, even with your computer off.

One photo. One stock. An eBay listing that goes out while your laptop stays shut. That's what a linked eBay account changes, and it's where FillSell starts on eBay: you give the orders from your phone, eBay's official API does the posting, and once the item sells, its proven copies come down from your other marketplaces.

Why put your items on eBay as well?

Because eBay is another shop window, with another crowd. eBay reports 136 million active buyers worldwide at 30 June 2026, across more than 190 markets, and in those second-quarter 2026 results the group puts four areas forward worldwide: collectibles (trading cards included), car and motorbike parts, luxury (watches) and pre-loved fashion. An item gathering dust on one marketplace can find its buyer on another, with the same photos.

And since 1 September 2026, the maths on ebay.fr has changed: a private seller whose address is in the European Economic Area no longer pays transaction fees, in any category. Mind the catch: eBay requires a business account from anyone who sells items bought to resell. So a reseller who buys stock is often, in eBay's eyes, a business seller, with business fees. The details are in the table below.

The real brake was never posting one listing. It's the repetition: typing every item into one more form, hunting for the right eBay category, keeping an eye on one more shop, and making sure the same item never sells twice. That's exactly the work FillSell takes off your hands.

eBay France rules to know before you list

This table sums up eBay France's help pages, read on 9 October 2026. eBay updates its rules: check them before you set your prices.

Selling limitseBay sets limits per account and reviews them every monthThey can stop you from using all your free listings

Sources, read on 9 October 2026 (pages in French): private seller fees, business seller fees, Buyer Protection, business seller policy, duplicate listings. The fee-free rule depends on the address on your eBay account being in the EEA: an account based in the UK or Switzerland, for instance, isn't covered. FillSell doesn't decide your seller status and gives no tax advice: if in doubt, eBay's own page is the reference.

What FillSell changes on eBay

One photo, and your eBay listing is written

Take a photo of the item: Lens recognises it, reads the brand when it's printed on the item, suggests a condition and a price based on comparable listings found online, then writes the title and description. From the app, the same scan writes the eBay version of your listing: eBay category, size, colour. If no category fits, the app asks you to pick one; it never greys eBay out. You read every version before anything goes out.

The app speaks English; your ebay.fr listing speaks French. Lens drafts the eBay version in French, for eBay France's buyers, even when you use FillSell in English.

eBay's own app can also build a listing from photos. The difference with Lens (in French): your listing is written once for all your marketplaces, and the item lands in a single stock that keeps track of its copies wherever it's live.

Step 2 of 3 of publishing, "Ce qui va partir" (what will go out): the item condition (very good) applied to every marketplace, then one card per marketplace, each with its category, condition, €14 price and a "Prêt" (ready) label — Vinted (Men › … › T-shirts), Leboncoin (Fashion › Clothing), Beebs (Fashion › … › T-shirts), eBay (Clothing, accessories › … › T-shirts) and Depop (Men › … › T-shirts, no title: on Depop the description is the listing).

Linked account: your listing goes out, computer off

On your other marketplaces, the Chrome extension does the legwork, in your own session, from your computer while it's on. On eBay France, once your account is linked, your listings go out through eBay's official API, from our servers. Laptop shut, Chrome closed: they go out anyway. Tick eBay from your phone, on the bus or at a flea market, and your listing is on its way. In the app, the eBay box says it plainly: it leaves from our servers, without the extension.

Your eBay stock, filed with everything else

One tap on Sync and the eBay listings you already have live land in your stock: through the official API if your account is linked, through the extension otherwise. The same item live on eBay and on Vinted becomes a single card: FillSell compares the photos and the title, never one without the other, and asks you whenever it's unsure. Syncing (in French) only reads your listings: nothing is published or edited. It's free, with no limit.

Sync in progress in the FillSell Stock: "3 of 5 marketplaces", each marketplace icon around FillSell, the progress bar "syncing Depop — about 1 min — your computer is working meanwhile", then the list: Vinted 41 listings, Leboncoin 24 listings, eBay 5 listings (done), Depop 9 of 10 (running), Beebs waiting, matching waiting.

A whole batch, eBay included

Publish a whole batch of items in one go: you pick the marketplaces, FillSell prepares, you check, off it goes. Each item only goes where it isn't live yet. For eBay, there's no weight or parcel size to enter: postage comes from the shipping policy you set once on eBay.

Batch publishing, step 2 of 3: the Leboncoin carriers kept (Colissimo ticked), the Leboncoin parcel size (estimated by Leboncoin, small, medium, bulky), the note that eBay shipping costs come from the eBay shipping policy, then the list of the five prepared items, each with its photo, the marketplaces it will go to (e.g. Öhlins hoodie: Leboncoin · eBay · Depop) and a "Prêt" (ready) status. At the bottom, the "send 9 listings" button: the FillSell extension then posts them from your computer, one after another.

Linking your eBay account: the right move for your account

You link your account once. You give your consent on eBay's official page; FillSell receives an authorisation, never your password. That API is the access eBay itself opens to apps, through its developers program, whose licence agreement forbids apps from collecting their users' eBay IDs or passwords.

Without a link, the extension can fill in the eBay form in your own session, with your computer on. But eBay often asks you to sign in again for security: the listing then waits, and the app asks you to connect your eBay account. On eBay, the safest route is to link your account. The details, marketplace by marketplace, are on the account safety page (in French).

Sold on eBay: what happens next?

This is where FillSell earns its keep. One sale, and everything else follows:

  1. FillSell spots the sale. It checks your eBay listings and, with a linked account, receives your account's orders.
  2. The sale records itself. Nothing to confirm. When FillSell records an eBay sale, you get an email.
  3. Sold here, removed there. The item's copies FillSell has proof of (posted through FillSell, attached to the item's card, or linked by you) are removed from your other marketplaces. Those removals go through the extension: computer on, Chrome open. Computer off? They wait and go out the next time Chrome opens.
  4. Any doubt, FillSell asks. A copy without proof is never removed behind your back: you get the question “Already sold?”, with “Yes, remove it” or “No, it's another copy”. A “No” is never asked again.
  5. Your margin stays up to date. Purchase price, sale price, the fees you note down: margin and profit work themselves out, sale by sale.

And the other way round? If the item sells on Vinted first, that sale is recorded on its own too. On Leboncoin and Beebs, you confirm it with one tap. Your proven eBay listing then comes down, through the official API when it was posted through FillSell. A matching title is never enough: two listings that only share a title trigger the question, not a removal.

The "Déjà vendu ?" (already sold?) question in FillSell, over the Stock: the grey Red Bull Racing hoodie sold on Vinted — is your eBay listing with the same name the same item? The sold item card (photo, €38, created in the app, "sold"), the line "if you answer yes, this listing will be removed: eBay", and two buttons: "yes, remove it" and "no, it’s another copy".

Choosing an eBay crosslisting tool from Europe: four questions

Several well-known eBay crosslisting tools are built for American marketplaces. Crosslist works with eBay .com, .co.uk, .ca and .com.au and says it does “not support users residing in the European Union”; List Perfectly says it “supports U.S. marketplaces only”; Vendoo's help centre lists ebay.com next to US marketplaces such as Poshmark and Mercari. That's who they're built for. If you sell from France, ask any tool these four questions. Here are FillSell's answers:

  1. Which eBay site does it list on? eBay France (ebay.fr) today, through eBay's official API once your account is linked.
  2. Does posting need your computer on? Not on eBay with a linked account. On your other marketplaces, the extension works in your own Chrome session, computer on, while your phone gives the orders.
  3. What happens after a sale? eBay and Vinted sales are recorded on their own; sales elsewhere take one tap; proven copies come down; anything uncertain becomes “Already sold?”.
  4. Which marketplaces share the stock? Vinted, Leboncoin, eBay, Beebs, and Depop, one card per item.

Read on each publisher's own pages on 9 October 2026: Crosslist pricing and eBay sites, List Perfectly FAQ, Vendoo help centre. We compare the main crosslisting apps criterion by criterion, with sources and dates, in our ranking of crosslisting apps (in French).

Your routes to eBay

FillSell works today with Vinted, Leboncoin, eBay, Beebs, and Depop: one card per item, five shop windows. Your routes to eBay:

  • Vinted and eBay: put your Vinted wardrobe in front of eBay's buyers without retyping a thing. → crosslisting Vinted and eBay (in French)
  • Leboncoin and eBay: your Leboncoin listings go up on ebay.fr too, and a sale recorded on one side removes the proven copy on the other (on Leboncoin, you confirm the sale with one tap). Leboncoin listings stay in French and are posted from France. → FillSell for Leboncoin (in French)
  • Depop and eBay: eBay completed its acquisition of Depop on 30 July 2026, but they're still two marketplaces with two accounts. FillSell files both in the same stock. → crosslisting Depop and eBay (in French)

Free to start, no credit card. Compare plans and prices or create your account and link your eBay straight after.

Frequently asked questions

Is FillSell an official eBay tool?

No. FillSell isn't affiliated with eBay, nor endorsed or sponsored by it. When you link your account, it goes through eBay's official API, the access eBay opens to apps: you give your consent on eBay's page, and FillSell never sees your password.

Do I need to keep my computer on to sell on eBay?

Not to post, if your eBay account is linked: your listing goes out through eBay's official API even with your computer off, and your eBay sale is recorded without it. Without a link, the Chrome extension does the posting: computer on, Chrome open. To remove a sold item's copies from your other marketplaces, the extension needs your computer on; if it's off, those removals wait for the next time Chrome opens.

Can I use FillSell with eBay.com, eBay UK or eBay Germany?

Not today: FillSell lists on eBay France (ebay.fr). An eBay account registered in another country isn't published, and the app tells you why.

Will my eBay listings be in English or French?

In French. Your listings go to ebay.fr, so Lens drafts the eBay version in French for eBay France's buyers, even when you use the FillSell app in English. You read and edit everything before it goes out.

Is selling on eBay France really free since September 2026?

For a private seller whose address is in the European Economic Area, there have been no transaction fees on ebay.fr since 1 September 2026, in any category. Still paid: listings beyond 150 a month (€0.35 each), optional upgrades, and shipping outside the euro area and Sweden. The buyer pays a Buyer Protection fee, included in the price shown. And if you buy to resell, eBay asks you for a business account, with its own fees.

What happens to my eBay listing if the item sells on Vinted?

The Vinted sale is recorded on its own, then your eBay listing is removed if FillSell can prove it's the same item, through the official API when it was posted through FillSell. Any doubt, for example two listings that only share a title, and FillSell asks you “Already sold?” before touching anything.

Why is my eBay listing still waiting?

Two possible reasons. Your eBay account doesn't have its selling policies yet (payment, returns, postage) or isn't ready to sell: set that up on eBay, and the listing waits until it's done. Or your account isn't linked and eBay asked you to sign in again for security: the app then asks you to connect your eBay account. Link it: that's the recommended route.

eBay owns Depop now: does my linked eBay account cover Depop?

No. eBay completed its acquisition of Depop on 30 July 2026, but Depop is still its own marketplace, with its own accounts. For FillSell, they're two marketplaces: Depop goes through the Chrome extension, in your Depop session, computer on, once you've allowed Depop access with one click in the extension. Both end up in the same stock.
