FillSell for Beebs (France)
FillSell for Beebs: sell on Beebs without retyping a single listing
FillSell is a crosslisting app that adds Beebs to your marketplaces with zero retyping: you fill in the listing once on your phone, and the Chrome extension posts it on Beebs from your computer, in your own session. Your Beebs stock imports in one tap; depending on your subscription, your Beebs listings bump themselves back up. Sold somewhere else? Once the sale is recorded, its proven Beebs copy comes down.
- Beebs
Free to start, no credit card

The gist in 10 seconds
- On Beebs, the FillSell Chrome extension posts your listings in your own session: never your Beebs password, one listing after another, at a human pace.
- A card filled in once gives one version per marketplace: on Beebs, the category, size, colour and parcel follow Beebs's own fields. If a detail is missing, the app asks you.
- Sync brings the Beebs listings you already have live into your stock, free and with no limit; the same item live on Beebs and on Vinted becomes a single card.
- On Beebs, FillSell can see a listing is no longer online but can't read “sold” there: it asks you to confirm the sale with one tap, then removes the item's proven copies elsewhere.
- Selling on Beebs is free for the seller: the buyer pays postage plus a service and protection fee (Beebs's official help centre, read on 9 October 2026).

How it goes
Step 1
Add the extension and sign in to Beebs
On your computer, add the FillSell extension to Google Chrome from the Chrome Web Store, once. Sign in to Beebs in Chrome as you normally would: FillSell never asks for your password.
Step 2
Bring your stock in
One tap on Sync files the listings you already have live, Beebs included, in your stock. For a new item, a photo is enough: Lens writes the listing for each marketplace.
Step 3
Tick Beebs and check what will go out
Tick Beebs and your other marketplaces. The app prepares one version per site — category, size, colour, parcel — and shows you every listing before it's sent. Anything missing, it asks you.
Step 4
The computer posts, the phone keeps track
The extension posts the listing on Beebs from your computer, one after another, at a human pace. The day the item sells, you confirm the sale with one tap and its proven copies come down elsewhere.
On Beebs, selling costs the seller nothing. With FillSell, it doesn't cost you any retyping either. One card, five marketplaces, zero copy-paste: Beebs becomes one more shop window for your stock, not one more chore in your week.
Why sell on Beebs as well?
Beebs is no longer “the kids' clothes app”. Since February 2024, it has also taken adult fashion for men and women, home decor, household linen and small appliances, alongside children's items from 0 to 16, maternity and nursery gear. The app, branded Beebs by Kiabi, has belonged to the Kiabi group since May 2024, and says it reaches “more than 2 million families” (Beebs help centre, text of 17 September 2026; our translation, as Beebs publishes in French only).
For a reseller, the pitch fits in one line: Beebs takes nothing from the seller. Beebs charges no listing fees; the buyer pays postage plus a service and protection fee.
A different crowd, no seller commission: an item sitting still on Vinted or Leboncoin can find a buyer on Beebs, at the same price, with the same photos. As long as you don't have to type it all again. That's exactly where FillSell comes in.
Beebs at a glance (as of 9 October 2026)
| Topic | What Beebs says | With FillSell |
|---|---|---|
| Seller fees | no listing fees | your Beebs sale goes into your margin, worked out with all the others |
| Buyer fees | 4% + €0.50 per order (help centre, text of 25 June 2026); a reduced-fee test announced on 8 October 2026 | nothing for you to pay |
| What sells | children (0–16), men's and women's fashion, maternity, nursery gear, home, small appliances | Lens writes the Beebs version too; a category it can't find becomes a question |
| Notable bans | smartphones, cameras and laptops, PlayStation 5, large appliances, TVs, underwear even when new, Temu and Shein items, Louis Vuitton and Chanel, counterfeits | check before you tick Beebs |
| Listing rules | one item listed only once; real, unedited photos; no links or phone numbers | in a batch, each item only goes where it isn't live yet |
| Shipping | Mondial Relay, Shop2Shop by Chronopost, Relais Colis; hand-over in person for bulky items; weight entered by the seller | the weight comes from your card; if it's missing, the app asks you |
| After an order | 48 hours to generate the label, then 6 days to drop off the parcel | you ship from Beebs, as usual |
| Getting paid | into the Beebs wallet once the buyer confirms; free standard bank transfer (3 to 7 days); earnings convertible into Kiabi vouchers with a 20% bonus, capped at €100 of bonus a year | the confirmed sale joins your numbers: profit, margin, sales by marketplace |
| Countries | mainland France, Corsica and Belgium | FillSell works with Beebs in France today |
What FillSell changes on Beebs
One card, no more Beebs forms to fill in. You write your listing once, on your phone. FillSell turns it into one version per marketplace: on Beebs, the category, size, colour and parcel follow Beebs's own fields. A category FillSell can't find becomes a quick question, never a greyed-out box.
A photo is enough. With Lens, the AI that writes your listings from a photo (how it works, in French), you snap the item: Lens recognises it, reads the brand, suggests a condition and a price based on comparable listings found online, and writes the listing for each marketplace, Beebs included. You read it, fix it, publish. Running the app in English? Your Beebs listing is drafted in French, the language Beebs's buyers shop in.
Your whole Beebs stock, filed in one tap. Sync brings your Beebs listings into your stock, next to those from your other marketplaces. Free, with no limit. The same item live on Beebs and on Vinted becomes one card: FillSell compares the photos AND the title, and whenever it's unsure, it asks you rather than guessing.
Whole batches. Pick your items in your stock, tick Beebs: FillSell prepares each listing, you check, off it goes.
Listings that climb back up. A Beebs listing running out of steam gets reposted with one tap. And, depending on your subscription, automatic reposting takes care of Vinted, Leboncoin, Beebs, and Depop: on the days and in the time slot you choose, while you do something else.
Sold here, removed there. The day the item sells, its proven copies come down from your other marketplaces — more on that below.

How a listing reaches Beebs: your phone decides, your computer delivers
You make the calls from your phone, iPhone or Android, or from fillsell.app. The FillSell Chrome extension, installed once on your computer, does the work on Beebs: it opens the listing form, fills it in and moves on to the next one. One at a time, at a human pace, in a minimised window that never grabs your screen.
It acts in your Beebs session, the one you're already signed in to in Chrome. Never your password: FillSell neither reads nor stores it.
- Computer on, Chrome open: that's what it takes for your listings to go out. While some are still queued, the extension keeps the computer from going to sleep.
- Computer off? Nothing is lost: your listings wait and go out the next time Chrome opens.
- Beebs reviews new listings: yours can take a while to show up. A listing never seen online counts as a failed post, never as a sale.

What happens when the item sells?
On Beebs, a listing never reads “sold”: FillSell only sees that it's no longer online. So it draws no conclusion on its own. It asks you to confirm the sale with one tap, and your confirmation sets everything else in motion.
| The item sells… | What FillSell does |
|---|---|
| on Beebs | asks you to confirm the sale with one tap; once confirmed, it removes the item's proven copies from your other marketplaces |
| on Vinted or eBay | the sale records itself, on proof; the extension then removes the proven Beebs copy from your computer |
| on Leboncoin | you confirm the sale with one tap, then the proven Beebs copy is removed |
| and a copy leaves a doubt | it touches nothing and asks you “Already sold?”: “Yes, remove it” or “No”, and the question is never asked again |
A proven copy is a listing tied to the item by a proof: posted by FillSell, linked by its identifier, imported, linked by you, or carrying the same photo. A similar title is never enough.
On Beebs, that removal is no detail: its terms of use (version of 29 January 2025) ask sellers to remove an item from the catalogue when it sells “through another channel” (our translation). For every proven copy, FillSell sends that removal as soon as the sale is recorded, without you having to think about it. The sale then joins your numbers: profit, margin, sales by marketplace. An item whose purchase price you don't know is left out of the maths rather than counted as free; the method is in how to calculate your reselling profits (in French). And for the full story: selling the same item on several marketplaces without selling it twice (in French).

Reposting on Beebs without creating a duplicate
Reposting means taking the listing down and putting it back online: it comes back as a brand-new listing, but its views and favourites start from zero. On Beebs, the order matters, because its rules forbid listing the same item more than once. FillSell removes first, posts again second.
- With one tap: a Beebs listing losing visibility? Bump it from your phone, and the computer handles the rest.
- On its own, depending on your subscription: your listings bump themselves back up on Vinted, Leboncoin, Beebs, and Depop, on the days and in the time slot you choose, while you get on with your day — computer on.
- At your pace, never in bursts: FillSell spaces out your reposts at a human pace to protect your account. Switch it all off in one tap, whenever you like.
Like any new listing, a reposted one goes back through Beebs's review: it can take a while to reappear. Time slots and settings explained: automatic and one-tap reposting (in French).

Beebs rules to know before you tick the box
FillSell fills in the form; the content is still yours. Six Beebs rules to keep in mind before every listing:
- One item, one listing. Beebs forbids listing the same item more than once. In a batch, FillSell only sends an item where it isn't live yet.
- Real photos. “No editing of the photo is allowed”, say Beebs's catalogue rules (our translation). For an item heading to Beebs, pick “as they are” when you publish rather than the AI touch-up.
- Nothing that points elsewhere. No link to another website, no phone number, in the listing or in your profile.
- The catalogue has its bans. Smartphones, laptops, PlayStation 5, large appliances, underwear even when new: check the list in the table above before ticking Beebs.
- A weight for every parcel. Beebs asks for the weight when the listing is created. FillSell takes the one on your card, never guesses a parcel size, and asks you if it's missing.
- Reselling? Go Pro on Beebs. Its rules don't allow a private member to sell “for commercial purposes” (buying to resell, earning a regular income from it). Professional resellers are “welcome”, under Beebs's Pro status, on request.
Your Beebs account stays in your hands
FillSell never signs in for you: you open your Beebs session in Chrome yourself, on your computer. The extension works there the way you would, one listing after another, without ever asking for your password.
And at the slightest doubt, FillSell stops and asks: “Is it the same item?” when two listings look alike, “Already sold?” when a copy leaves a doubt. Your answers are final: a settled question never comes back. What we do, and never do, to protect your accounts: keeping your selling accounts safe (in French).
Beebs and your other marketplaces: the routes that pay
Beebs shows its full value next to your other shop windows. Today, FillSell brings Vinted, Leboncoin, eBay, Beebs, and Depop together in a single stock, with one card per item.
- Vinted and Beebs. A request that keeps coming back: moving a Vinted wardrobe over to Beebs. Beebs presented an import of listings from other apps in 2024; we don't know whether it still works today. With FillSell, you sync your Vinted listings, tick Beebs, and the extension posts them. Step by step: moving your Vinted listings to Beebs, and back.
- Leboncoin and Beebs. Kids' items, nursery gear, home: two crowds, the same items. See selling on Leboncoin and Beebs (in French).
Beebs is still a rare find among crosslisting tools: of the fourteen other tools we reviewed on 9 October 2026, only two list it. Vendoo, Crosslist, List Perfectly, Relistly and FLUF Connect don't, according to their own pages read that day. Platform by platform, with sources: our ranking of crosslisting apps (in French).
Free to start, no credit card: create your account, then add the extension on your computer. Your next Beebs form? The extension fills it in.
Where does the Beebs information come from?
Everything about Beebs on this page comes from its official texts, read on 9 October 2026 and all in French: Beebs joins the Kiabi group, the adult categories, is selling free, service and protection fees, catalogue rules (text of 5 January 2026), carriers, shipping deadlines, seller payment, Pro status, Kiabi vouchers, Beebs's App Store page (release notes of 8 October 2026) and the terms of use (version of 29 January 2025, read in an archive). Frequently asked questions
Does FillSell work with Beebs?
Yes. Today, with FillSell, you publish, sync, repost and remove your Beebs listings from the same stock as your other marketplaces. The work on Beebs is done by the FillSell Chrome extension, in your session, on your computer, with Chrome open; you run it all from your phone or from fillsell.app. Computer off? Nothing is lost: everything waits and goes out the next time Chrome opens.
Do I have to give FillSell my Beebs password?
No, never. You sign in to Beebs yourself in Chrome, as usual, and the extension works inside that open session. FillSell neither reads nor stores your Beebs password.
Is Beebs still active in 2026?
Yes. Beebs, branded Beebs by Kiabi, has been part of the Kiabi group since May 2024. Its iPhone app was updated on 8 October 2026, with a 4.6 out of 5 rating from 43,175 ratings on the French App Store, read on 9 October 2026. It handles payment and shipping in mainland France, Corsica and Belgium.
Can I sell on Beebs in English, or from outside France?
Beebs is a French app: its help centre is in French, and it handles payment and shipping in mainland France, Corsica and Belgium. FillSell works with Beebs in France today. The FillSell app is available in English, and your Beebs listings are drafted in French for Beebs's buyers; you read every version before it goes out.
Can I repost my Beebs listings automatically?
Yes, depending on your subscription. FillSell's automatic reposting covers Vinted, Leboncoin, Beebs, and Depop: you choose the days and the time slot, and your listings bump themselves back up, one by one, at a human pace, as long as your computer is on with Chrome open. Otherwise, you bump a listing with one tap. Either way, you switch everything off in one go.
Does FillSell record a Beebs sale on its own?
No, and that's deliberate. On Beebs, FillSell sees that a listing is no longer online, but that signal doesn't prove a sale: it asks you to confirm with one tap. As soon as you confirm, the sale goes into your numbers and the item's proven copies are removed from your other marketplaces.
Does Beebs charge sellers a commission?
No. According to its official help centre, Beebs charges no listing fees: the buyer pays postage plus a service and protection fee of 4% + €0.50 per order (text of 25 June 2026). Beebs's visibility options, such as its paid Boost, are optional.
How do I put my Vinted listings on Beebs?
Tap Sync: your Vinted listings land in your FillSell stock. Then pick the items, tick Beebs, check the version prepared for Beebs, and the extension posts them one by one. The Beebs version of an imported item is written by AI: it counts as one listing on your plan, and once written, the item goes out to all your marketplaces at no extra count.
