Crosslisting Vinted ↔ Beebs

Vinted to Beebs: move your listings over, and back again

To move your Vinted listings to Beebs without retyping them, tap Sync in FillSell: your Vinted wardrobe lands in your stock, you tick Beebs, and the Chrome extension posts each listing from your computer, matched to Beebs's categories. It works from Beebs to Vinted too. Once a sale is recorded on one side, FillSell removes the copy on the other — or asks “Already sold?” if it isn't sure.

Step 2 of 3 of publishing, "Ce qui va partir" (what will go out): one card per marketplace, each with its category, condition, €14 price and a "Prêt" (ready) label — Vinted (Men › … › T-shirts), Leboncoin (Fashion › Clothing), Beebs (Fashion › … › T-shirts), eBay (Clothing, accessories › … › T-shirts) and Depop (Men › … › T-shirts, no title: on Depop the description is the listing).

The gist in 10 seconds

  • Beebs presented an import of listings from other apps in 2024, without naming Vinted. As of 9 October 2026, its help centre says nothing about it, and whether it still works is unverified.
  • With FillSell, one tap on Sync brings your live Vinted and Beebs listings into a single stock. Importing is free, with no limit.
  • The FillSell Chrome extension posts the listing on Beebs with a matching category, size, colour and parcel. If a detail is missing, the app asks you.
  • Listing costs the seller nothing on Vinted or on Beebs: the buyer pays the service fee and postage (official pages read on 9 October 2026).
  • Sold on Vinted: FillSell records the sale on its own and removes the proven Beebs copy. Sold on Beebs: you confirm with one tap, then the Vinted copy comes down.

Both marketplaces in detail : Vinted, Beebs

How it goes

  1. Step 1

Add the FillSell extension to Chrome

It's free on the Chrome Web Store and installs once. Sign in to Vinted and Beebs in Chrome as you normally would: the extension works inside those sessions and never asks for your passwords.

The Google Chrome toolbar with the FillSell icon pinned to the right of the address bar, between the bookmark star and the extensions icon.
  2. Step 2

    Sync your Vinted wardrobe

Tap Sync in the app: the listings you already have live on Vinted land in your stock, one card per item. Nothing is published or edited on Vinted. Free, with no limit.

Sync in progress in the FillSell Stock: "3 of 5 marketplaces", each marketplace icon around FillSell, the progress bar "syncing Depop — about 1 min — your computer is working meanwhile", then the list: Vinted 41 listings, Leboncoin 24 listings, eBay 5 listings (done), Depop 9 of 10 (running), Beebs waiting, matching waiting.
  3. Step 3

Tick Beebs for the items you want to move

One item or a whole batch: pick them in your stock and tick Beebs. In a batch, each item only goes where it isn't live yet, so Vinted, where it already is, is left alone. The same card can head to your other marketplaces as well.

Step 1 of 3 of publishing in FillSell, "Où publier ?" (where to publish): the grey Picture T-shirt card (very good condition, €14) and five ticked marketplaces — Vinted, Leboncoin, Beebs and Depop "Connectée" (connected), eBay "Part de nos serveurs, sans l'extension" (sent from FillSell's servers through the linked account) — then the photo choice and the "Continuer · 5 plateformes" button. Nothing goes out yet.
  4. Step 4

Check the Beebs version, then send

The “What will go out” screen shows each marketplace's listing: title, category, condition, price. Beebs category not found, or parcel weight missing? The app asks you a quick question. Nothing leaves before you say go.

  5. Step 5

Your computer posts the listings on Beebs

The extension fills in Beebs's form one listing at a time, at a human pace, in a minimised window. Computer off? Nothing is lost: your listings wait and go out the next time Chrome opens.

The full FillSell Chrome extension panel (version 0.6.105) during a deposit: "Active", last run 1 min ago, computer kept awake while publishing, the five marketplaces connected including Depop, "in progress: Depop · publishing" for the Volcom cap with its bar, then the Öhlins hoodie ready to publish (already live on Vinted, queued for Leboncoin and Depop) and "3 in queue".
  6. Step 6

    Sold here, removed there

Sold on Vinted: the sale records itself and the proven Beebs copy comes down. Sold on Beebs: you confirm with one tap, then the Vinted copy goes. If FillSell has any doubt about a copy, it asks you “Already sold?” first.

App screenshot, demo account: illustrative figures.

An item gathering dust on Vinted might be exactly what a Beebs parent is hunting for. Same photos, same price, a second crowd of buyers — and not a single word to retype. That's the whole point of this route: your wardrobe, two shop windows, one sale.

Why put your Vinted listings on Beebs?

Because every extra shop window is another chance to sell. Beebs — branded “Beebs by Kiabi”, part of the Kiabi group since May 2024 — presents itself as the second-hand app “for the whole family” (our translation; Beebs publishes in French). By its own count, it reaches a market of “more than 2 million families” (Beebs help centre, text of 17 September 2026).

And Beebs is no longer just a baby-clothes app. Adult categories arrived in February 2024. Its catalogue rules (text of 5 January 2026) accept clothes, shoes and accessories for children aged 0 to 16, for men and for women, plus maternity wear, nursery gear, toys, children's books and the home: furniture, decor, linen, tableware and small kitchen appliances. In other words, most of a Vinted wardrobe fits right in.

The best part: listing is free for the seller on both. On Vinted and on Beebs alike, the buyer pays the service fee and postage. Two crowds, one card in your stock, nothing extra to pay to list.

Can you import your Vinted wardrobe into Beebs?

In 2024, Beebs announced on its blog a “Synchro magique” feature (magic sync) to import listings published on other apps, without naming Vinted. As of 9 October 2026, its help centre has no article about that import, and we can't tell whether it still works today.

Without a tool, the move is manual: retype the title, copy the description, upload the photos again, hunt for the category, the size, the weight… item after item. Then keep an eye on two apps so the same piece never sells twice.

FillSell flips the problem around: your stock first, the marketplaces second. Your Vinted listings come into FillSell once, and each item goes to Beebs whenever you decide — or to any of the five marketplaces FillSell works with today: Vinted, Leboncoin, eBay, Beebs, and Depop. That's crosslisting (in French) in a nutshell: one card, several shop windows, one sale.

What carries over to Beebs, and what adapts

You retype nothing. FillSell starts from your card and prepares the Beebs version, which you read through before it goes out.

On your listingWhat FillSell does for Beebs
PhotosThe ones on your card. Vinted and Beebs both want true-to-life photos with no retouching, so send them as they are.
Title and descriptionYours, as you wrote them on Vinted, prepared for Beebs. You check them on the “What will go out” screen.
CategoryFillSell looks for the item's Beebs category. Can't find one? The app asks you to pick it — Beebs is never greyed out because of it.
Size and colourMatched to Beebs's own lists.
ConditionThe one on your card, never upgraded on the way.
Parcel weightFrom your card, since Beebs asks for it when the listing is created. Missing? The app asks you.
PriceThe one on your card.

A missing detail becomes one short question with ready-made answers, asked once — never a reminder on a loop. Got an item that isn't online anywhere yet? Snap a photo: Lens writes the listing (in French), drafting the Beebs and Vinted France versions in French while you use the app in English. You read it, then tick Vinted and Beebs in the same send.

The other way round: from Beebs to Vinted

Same move, opposite direction. Sync also reads your Beebs listings and files them in your stock. Tick Vinted, and the extension posts the listing on vinted.fr, with Vinted's own category, size and condition. Today, FillSell works with Vinted France.

Already selling the same item on both? FillSell matches your listings instead of stacking them up. Same photos and a matching title, with no clash on type, colour or size, and it becomes one card. Never on the photo alone, never on the title alone. Two Beebs listings stay two units. Whenever FillSell isn't sure, it asks you “Is it the same item?” rather than guessing, and your answer is final. The full story is on the page about syncing your existing listings into one stock (in French).

FillSell stock cards, two per row, each with the item photo, price, time online and the icons of the marketplaces where it is live: the grey Picture T-shirt "not online", the Öhlins hoodie on Vinted only, the Patagonia T-shirt live on five marketplaces (Depop, Beebs, eBay and two more) and the Polo Ralph Lauren shorts on three (Depop, Leboncoin, Vinted), each with its "publish everywhere" button, views and favourites.

Sources read on 9 October 2026 — Vinted: price list, selling basics, shipping options, sending a parcel, listing checks, uploading an item, catalogue rules. Beebs (all in French): free selling, service and protection fee, catalogue rules, carriers, order deadlines, payment, professional sellers, terms of 29 January 2025. Everything platform by platform: selling on Vinted with FillSell and selling on Beebs with FillSell.

Who can use this route today

Beebs is a French marketplace. It handles payment and shipping in mainland France, Corsica and Belgium, and its help centre is in French only. On FillSell's side, Vinted means Vinted France (vinted.fr) today. So this route is for sellers based in France — including the many who'd rather run their business in English.

That's where FillSell earns its keep. The app is available in English and French. Your Beebs listings, meanwhile, speak the language of Beebs's buyers: Lens drafts them in French, and a listing you wrote on Vinted goes over exactly as you wrote it. Wrote it in English? Switch it to French before it heads to Beebs — that's the language its shoppers search in.

Sold on Vinted or on Beebs: what comes down?

This is where it all plays out. Two listings for one item means two possible buyers. FillSell shuts that door behind every recorded sale.

The item sells on…The sale in FillSellThe listing on the other side
VintedRecorded on its own when Vinted marks the item soldThe extension removes the proven Beebs copy
BeebsFillSell sees the Beebs listing is no longer online and asks whether it sold there; you confirm with one tapThe proven Vinted copy is removed once you've confirmed
A copy FillSell isn't sure about—The question “Already sold?”: “Yes, remove it” or “No, it's another copy”, never asked twice

A copy counts as “proven” when the link is certain: FillSell posted it itself, you linked it with a tap, or its photos are identical. Anything else isn't guessed. It's asked.

The computer's queue in FillSell right after a sale on Vinted: in progress, removing the Depop listing of the sold Red Bull Racing hoodie (€38), with its progress bar; next, removing its Leboncoin copy, then publishing the Öhlins hoodie on Depop and Leboncoin, each waiting its turn.
App screenshot, demo account: illustrative figures.

It's exactly what both marketplaces ask of you. Beebs's terms (version of 29 January 2025) ask the seller to remove an item from the Beebs catalogue once it has sold “through another channel” (our translation). And Vinted's help centre says it plainly: “If it happens that you sold an item on a different platform, please hide or delete it from your Vinted listings”. With FillSell, as soon as the sale is recorded, the removal goes out without you lifting a finger — computer on, Chrome open. Computer off? The removal waits and goes out the next time Chrome opens.

The "Déjà vendu ?" (already sold?) question in FillSell, over the Stock: the grey Red Bull Racing hoodie sold on Vinted — is your eBay listing with the same name the same item? The sold item card (photo, €38, created in the app, "sold"), the line "if you answer yes, this listing will be removed: eBay", and two buttons: "yes, remove it" and "no, it’s another copy".
App screenshot, demo account: illustrative figures.

Proofs, removals and questions in detail: sales and delisting of copies (in French). And to dig deeper: selling the same item on several marketplaces without selling it twice (in French).

Keep your Vinted and Beebs listings near the top, without the late nights

An ageing listing slides down the results. Reposting means taking it down and putting it back up: it climbs back to the top, but its views and favourites start from zero. FillSell removes the old listing first, then posts the new one — and on Beebs, whose rules forbid offering the same item twice, that order matters.

Bump a listing back up with one tap. Or, depending on your subscription, switch on automatic reposting, and your listings bump themselves back up on Vinted, Leboncoin, Beebs, and Depop, on the days and in the time slot you choose, while you get on with your evening — computer on. FillSell spaces your reposts out at a human pace to protect your account, never in bursts, and you can switch everything off in one tap, whenever you like.

Automatic reposting settings in FillSell: the time slot (morning 8–10, noon 12–14, evening 19–22 selected, or custom), "local time · Chrome open", the note that reposts are spread over the slot at the account's real pace, never in bursts, and the active days (every day, Monday to Sunday).

Time slots, safeguards and what to know before you repost: reposting in detail (in French) and keeping your accounts safe (in French).

Seven rules for selling on Vinted and Beebs at once

  1. One listing per item, per marketplace. Vinted and Beebs both forbid offering the same item twice. In a batch, FillSell only sends each item where it isn't live yet.
  2. Never name the other marketplace in your listing. Beebs refuses any reference to an outside website, and Vinted can hide a listing that promotes another platform. Your own text is never rewritten, so if your Vinted description mentions another site, fix that line before it goes to Beebs.
  3. Real photos only. Beebs allows “no editing of the photo” (our translation), and Vinted doesn't accept retouched photos either. When you publish, send your photos as they are.
  4. Check Beebs accepts the item. Underwear even when new, Temu and Shein items, smartphones: what's fine on Vinted isn't always fine on Beebs.
  5. The right status if you resell. Both marketplaces keep private accounts for personal use. If you buy items to resell them, Vinted asks for a Vinted Pro account, and Beebs welcomes resellers under its Pro status.
  6. Give Beebs's moderation a moment. Beebs checks new listings, so one can take a while to appear. A listing never seen online counts as a failed post, never as a sale.
  7. Shipping happens in the marketplace's own app. After a Beebs order, you have 48 hours to accept it by generating the label, then 6 days to drop off the parcel.

Your phone calls the shots, your computer does the work

You choose, check and answer from your phone. On your computer, the Chrome extension does the work inside your Vinted session and your Beebs session: it fills in the forms, reads your listings, spots your sales, removes and reposts — one listing at a time, at a human pace. FillSell never asks for your Vinted or Beebs passwords: you stay signed in to your browser, as usual. While listings are queued, the extension keeps your computer from dozing off.

That's what makes the Vinted ↔ Beebs route so easy: your whole stock in one place, both shop windows kept up to date, and you in charge of every sale. Selling on Leboncoin too? The next route over is here: Vinted and Leboncoin, both ways, from an app in English.

Free to start, no credit card: create your account, add the Chrome extension, tap Sync.

Frequently asked questions

Can Beebs import my Vinted wardrobe?

Beebs presented an import of listings from other apps in 2024, without naming Vinted. Its help centre doesn't mention it as of 9 October 2026, and we don't know whether that import still works. With FillSell, your Vinted listings come into your stock with one tap on Sync, then go to Beebs whenever you choose.

Do I have to retype my Vinted listings to put them on Beebs?

No. Photos, title, description, condition and price come from your card; FillSell matches the category, size, colour and parcel to Beebs. You read the Beebs version before it goes out, and the app only asks you something if a detail is missing.

Can I sell on Vinted and Beebs from outside France?

Beebs handles payment and shipping in mainland France, Corsica and Belgium, and its help centre is in French. FillSell works today with Vinted France, so this route is for sellers based in France. The FillSell app itself is available in English, and Lens drafts your Beebs listings in French.

Does my computer need to stay on?

Yes, for Vinted and Beebs: the Chrome extension posts, checks and removes your listings from your computer, with Chrome open. While listings are queued, it keeps the computer from going to sleep. Computer off? Nothing is lost: everything waits and goes out the next time Chrome opens.

What happens when my item sells on Beebs?

FillSell sees that the Beebs listing is no longer online and asks you whether it sold there. Confirm with one tap: the sale is recorded and the proven Vinted copy is removed. A copy whose link isn't certain gets the question “Already sold?” before FillSell touches it.

Does FillSell ask for my Vinted or Beebs password?

Never. You sign in to Vinted and Beebs yourself in Chrome, as usual, and the extension works inside those sessions. FillSell isn't affiliated with Vinted or Beebs.

How much does it cost to move my listings from Vinted to Beebs?

Syncing is free, with no limit. Publishing a synced Vinted item on Beebs goes through the AI write-up, which counts as one item on your plan, and your own title and description are kept. Once prepared, the item goes out to all your marketplaces at no extra count. FillSell is free to start (€0), no credit card; Premium €12.99, Pro €29.99 and Business €59.99 a month, no commitment.

Why doesn't my Beebs listing show up straight away?

Beebs checks new listings, so they can take a while to appear, and no official time frame is published. If a listing is never seen online, FillSell counts it as a failed post, never as a sale. Keep Beebs's rules in mind: unedited photos, no reference to another website, and an item its catalogue accepts.
